Camp days and weeks must be scheduled and paid for through the online booking portal. Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your child’s spot.
If you would like to add Extended Day after booking a regular camp day, the additional Extended Day fee may be paid separately via

To ensure accurate scheduling and staffing, families are asked to book all camp days through the website whenever possible.

Life happens, we get it! Just give us a heads-up 48 hours in advance for cancellations. While refunds won't be accommodated, we're happy to offer make-up days.

We'll keep the fun rolling unless wind gusts surpass 29 MPH, or temperatures dip below 20 or soar above 100. Cancellation news will roll out by 7:30 AM on the day in question. Refunds won't be offered, but make-up days will!

If I'm sidelined by injury or illness, rest assured, refunds will be sent out for those days. Alternatively, a substitute lead-teacher might step up and step out with your kids in my absence.

Regular camp pickup is at 3:00 PM. Families enrolled in Extended Day may pick up until 4:30 PM.
Children picked up after their scheduled pickup time will be charged a late pickup fee of $30 per hour, prorated in 15-minute increments. This fee helps cover additional staffing costs when teachers are required to stay beyond their scheduled hours.
Extended Day availability is offered on a day-by-day basis and depends on staffing and enrollment. In some cases, if only one child requires care beyond program hours, families may be connected directly with available staff for private babysitting arrangements.
